Safety is NOT just compliance… Safety is an attitude
It touches everything we do. WENTCO maintains a Safety Manual, Safety Committee, and Safety Director, as designated by the State of Florida. The goal of the company’s Safety Program is “0” workplace injuries. The message taught at each level from management to labor – Safety is not just “compliance”.
The bases of the Safety Manual includes employee training, safety inspections, incident investigations, first aid training, safety bulletins, weekly job site tool box talks, and a hazardous communications program established in accordance with OSHA.
WENTCO is primarily interested in the safety of each worker on every project. A rewards program has been set up for each employee based on his or her safety record throughout the year. All field superintendents and job foreman have successfully completed 30 hour OSHA safety course.

WENTCO has embraced the green building movement, and looks forward to constructing mechanical and electrical systems for new, sustainable structures that will exceed the expectations of the owners.
WENTCO has several accredited professionals by the U.S. Green Building Council. Their understanding of green building principles and its familiarity with the processes necessary for certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assists the construction teams.
The LEED certification guarantees rigorous standards and a recognized expertise in the design, construction, and operation of certified buildings.
